In the early hours of Sunday morning, at 01:48 am, we were contacted by a distressed client who had returned to the UK from Pakistan on a Skilled Worker visa. Shockingly, upon arrival, they discovered that their employer had withdrawn their Certificate of Sponsorship (CoS) without informing them. This led to their leave being canceled and removal directions being set for the same day at 10:00 am. Faced with such an urgent and critical situation, our team acted immediately. We submitted an Out of Hours application to the High Court of Justice, King’s Bench Division, and promptly contacted the Duty Clerk over the phone. The Duty Clerk contacted the Secretary of State for the response to ensure the matter was reviewed without delay. With just 2 hours and 25 minutes before the scheduled departure, the Border Force canceled the removal. The border force released the client later on immigration bail, thank to Nara solicitors team efforts. Our client and their family are overjoyed and immensely grateful for the swift action and legal expertise that saved them from an unjust removal. At Nara Solicitors, we understand the life-altering impact of such situations.
