NARA Solicitors is thrilled to announce the addition of Samarth Singla, a dual-qualified lawyer with a wealth of legal experience in both England & Wales and India, to our growing team as a Solicitor. Samarth joins us with over three years of diverse legal expertise, holding a practicing certificate that spans across various legal disciplines. At NARA Solicitors, we are proud to be a progressive and expanding firm, continuously striving to meet the evolving needs of our clients. Our commitment to excellence has driven significant growth, allowing us to bring on board talented professionals like Samarth, who will further enhance our capabilities and service offerings. Samarth’s career reflects a deep commitment to legal excellence, having served in both in-house legal roles and as an associate in reputable Indian law firms. At the Interpublic Group (IPG) in London, Samarth made significant contributions as a Paralegal, providing crucial legal support to PR and advertising agencies. His work in this role honed his skills in UK Media Law, EU and UK Data Protection Law, and Intellectual Property Rights, where he demonstrated exceptional proficiency in drafting and reviewing commercial agreements, NDAs, and data protection agreements. His meticulous approach ensured that these agreements not only complied with the law but also effectively managed potential legal risks. Samarth has also served as an In-House Counsel, where he represented two companies in managing contractual disputes, conducting due diligence, and ensuring regulatory compliance, particularly in the realms of real estate and commercial transactions. His legal acumen in these areas has been instrumental in safeguarding his clients’ interests and navigating complex legal challenges. Beyond his corporate roles, Samarth is the co-founder of Northern Legal Associates LLP, a firm initially dedicated to providing pro bono representation for victims of domestic violence. Under his leadership, the firm expanded its services to include criminal law, property disputes, and recovery suits. His extensive experience in criminal defense litigation, where he has successfully represented clients in high-stakes cases such as theft, abetment of suicide, and money laundering, underscores his robust legal expertise and unwavering commitment to justice. We are confident that Samarth’s diverse experience and passion for problem-solving and client advocacy will be invaluable assets to NARA Solicitors. His addition to our team as a Solicitor marks an exciting chapter in our journey of growth, as we continue to strengthen our legal offerings and deliver exceptional service to our clients. As we continue to expand and evolve to meet the increasing demands of our clients, bringing in talented professionals like Samarth is a testament to our commitment to maintaining our high standards of service and expertise. We are excited about the future and the role our new team members will play in it. Please join us in welcoming Samarth Singla to NARA Solicitors.
