Sponsor License Reinstated after successful Judicial Review Victory, Safeguarding Client’s Business and Employees

As of September 19, 2024, the The Secretary of State for the Home Department ( SSHD ) has conceded judicial review claim, reinstating their sponsor license, albeit in a suspended state, granting them the critical opportunity to address outstanding concerns.
