I was granted entry clearance as a student to study Tier 4 student to study MSC Environmental Geography at Cardiff University at UK. My visa is valid from 25.08.2023 to 18.10.2027. I was encountered during an enforcement visit .It is alleged that on 31.10.2023 my university notified the Home Office that my sponsorship is withdrawn by them.
The reason for doing same was not starting the chosen programme with the University.

Departure cancelled!
Excellent outcome for our client, after a challenging situation in which our client was picked up from home by the authorities, leading to detention and removal directions being set for 01/03/24, we swiftly pursued a Judicial Review in the High Court of Justice King's Bench Division.
Following the service of the judicial review claim, the Border Force canceled the departure arrangements.
