Attention all sponsors: an important announcement has been issued regarding the Sponsor Application and Sponsor Management System (SMS). In anticipation of the new Immigration Rules set to come into effect on April 4, 2024, the deadline for assigning Certificates of Sponsorship (CoS) has been extended. The system will now be available until 19:00 on Tuesday, 03 April, allowing additional time for sponsors to complete necessary actions. During the scheduled SMS outage, from 19:00 on 3rd April to 09:00 on 5th April, users will not have access to the system to apply for Defined or Undefined CoS, renew or add routes to their license, or to carry out other related sponsorship management tasks. Sponsors are advised to take this opportunity to ensure all required actions are completed before the system becomes temporarily unavailable, especially if their license is due to expire during this period. For ongoing updates and additional guidance, sponsors should refer to the official communications provided. #CertificateOfSponsorship #SponsorLicense
