The Business Sales Executive will play a critical role in driving revenue growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities and support the growth and adoption of our compliance software platform.

Annual Salary:
Negotiable, dependent on experience

This role involves developing and executing sales strategies, building relationships with prospective clients, and collaborating with the legal team to ensure client satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping businesses navigate immigration challenges.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct software demonstrations for prospective clients.

  • Assist prospective clients in understanding the features and benefits of the compliance software.

  • Manage the onboarding process for new clients.

  • Deliver software training sessions to clients and their teams.

  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to software users.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.

  • Respond to client enquiries in a professional and timely manner.

  • Monitor client engagement and encourage effective use of the platform.

  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and onboarding activities.

  • Gather client feedback and communicate suggestions for improvement.

  • Support marketing activities, webinars and client engagement initiatives where required.

  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure a positive client experience.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 1 years of experience in a business/ sales, preferably within the legal or professional services industry.

  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.

  • Strong understanding of immigration law and services is a plus.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
