As 2025 draws to a close, I find myself reflecting on what has been an extraordinary year for Nara Solicitors.

On 26th January 2026, Nara Solicitors will complete two years since we opened our doors.

In that time, we have grown from a small start-up to a team of 18 dedicated professionals. That growth is something I am incredibly proud of, but the number alone does not tell the full story.

Behind every successful outcome and every relieved client is a team of people who pour their hearts into their work.

I want to be clear about something: at Nara Solicitors, we do not think of our team as employees.

2025 has also been a year of expansion for Nara Solicitors. While immigration and family law remain at the core of what we do, we have added new practice areas to better serve the diverse needs of our clients.

We now offer employment law services, helping both employees and employers navigate workplace disputes, contracts, and tribunal matters. We have also introduced civil litigation services for those who need representation in civil disputes.

In the new year, we aim to develop these practice areas further as we work towards our vision of transforming Nara Solicitors into a full-service law firm. Our goal is to be a trusted legal partner for our clients across all aspects of their lives and businesses.

On a personal note, I have always had a passion for technology and innovation. This year, we invested in tech and AI solutions to help businesses stay compliant with sponsor licence requirements and other regulatory obligations. The feedback from our clients has been encouraging, and we are excited about the possibilities this creates.

Looking ahead, we will be investing even more into digital transformation. We believe that technology, when used thoughtfully, can help us deliver a better, faster, and more transparent service to our clients. It can also empower our team to work more efficiently and focus on what matters most: providing excellent legal advice and support.

As part of this commitment, we aim to upskill our team alongside these developments. As we phase into legal technology, our people will grow with us. The future of law is changing, and Nara Solicitors intends to be at the forefront of that change.
