Meet Mr. Sukhvinder Singh Nara, Founder and Principal Solicitor of NARA Solicitors, whose exceptional credentials and legal prowess place our firm at the forefront of the legal sector. A dual qualified lawyer, Mr. Nara was admitted to the roll of Advocates with the Bar Council of Punjab & Haryana, India, in September 2005, and to the roll of Solicitors with the Solicitors Regulation Authority in England & Wales in March 2010.

Throughout his illustrious career, Mr. Nara has been pivotal in handling high profile cases involving politicians and political prisoners in India, earning a reputation for his courageous legal representation and advocacy. His dedication to justice and equality is further demonstrated by his provision of free legal aid to marginalized communities, a commendable effort that led to his nomination for the prestigious annual pro bono award by the International Bar Association in 2020.

As a respected Senior Deputy Advocate General in the Office of Advocate General for the Government of Haryana at the High Court, Chandigarh, Mr. Nara offered his expertise in legal advisory at the highest governmental levels and represented the State Government in the High Court in civil and criminal side.

As an Advocate, his proficiency in navigating cross-border legal issues is particularly acknowledged in his service to Non-Resident Indians, especially concerning inter-country adoption of children.
