We are excited to welcome Tejinder Singh to our team at NARA Solicitors. Tejinder joins us as a Registered Foreign Lawyer, bringing extensive experience in immigration law, higher education recruitment, legal compliance, and advisory services.
Tejinder holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) and a Master of Arts in English from Kurukshetra University, India, as well as a Level 5 Diploma in Paralegal Training and The UK Legal System. He is also registered and enrolled as an Advocate of the High Court of Punjab and Haryana, Chandigarh, India, since 2021.
At NARA Solicitors, Tejinder will leverage his expertise in legal research, compliance auditing, policy development, and sponsor licence applications, as well as his deep knowledge of international student recruitment.
Before joining our firm, Tejinder founded and led several student immigration consultancies, specialising in immigration counseling for the UK, Australia, Canada, the USA, and New Zealand. He also gained valuable experience as a Compliance Officer in the UK.
In 2024, Tejinder participated in the London Legal Walk, a 10-kilometer event supporting free legal advice charities, showcasing his dedication to the legal community.
Outside of his legal career, Tejinder is a passionate traveler and former state-level athlete, having visited 17 countries and spent six years in Australia studying Sport and Recreational Activities. Since November 2022, he has been a member of the International Bar Association (IBA) in London, staying connected with global legal practices and standards.
