We Are Hiring: Business Development Manager
Nara Solicitors is seeking a Business Development Manager who can help the firm strengthen its profile, build new client relationships, and support long term growth. You will work closely with the team to identify opportunities in immigration, compliance, family, and litigation services.
The role combines strategy, relationship building, and practical execution. You will monitor market trends, develop initiatives that bring in steady business, and maintain strong links with referral partners. You will also help improve internal processes that support client acquisition and retention.
Key responsibilities
• Develop and deliver growth plans across key practice areas
• Build and manage relationships with referral partners and commercial clients
• Track market activity and identify opportunities for expansion
• Improve the firm’s visibility through events, outreach, and targeted campaigns
• Support partners with bids, pitches, and proposals
• Monitor performance data to guide decision making
• Strengthen client onboarding and follow up processes
What we are looking for
• Experience in business development within legal services or a similar professional field
• Confident communication and relationship building
• Ability to plan, prioritise, and follow through on projects
• Sound judgement when working with sensitive client and business information
• Comfortable working closely with senior leadership and contributing ideas
