The Legal Business Development Executive will be instrumental in driving revenue growth through the identification and pursuit of new business opportunities. The role requires a strategic approach to sales, client acquisition, and relationship management.
The successful candidate will collaborate closely with the legal team to align business development efforts with client needs, particularly in immigration law, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Develop and execute business development and sales strategies to achieve revenue growth and firm sales targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, generating leads and building a strong pipeline of potential clients through networking and outreach efforts.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients, understanding their immigration needs and offering solutions to meet their business objectives.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring a high level of service, satisfaction, and prompt communication throughout their journey.
- Work closely with the legal team to understand the firm’s services and ensure client needs are met, particularly in navigating complex immigration challenges.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns, supporting business development efforts.
- Write success stories and blogs for marketing purposes.
- Should be comfortable in featuring and creating videos for marketing on the firm’s Social media platforms and must be able to record client testimonials and reviews.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals and guides to prospective clients, showcasing the firm’s capabilities and immigration solutions.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive activities within the immigration services sector, ensuring the firm stays ahead of market demands.
- Utilise CRM software to manage client information, track sales activities, and monitor the sales pipeline, ensuring accurate record-keeping and reporting.
- Prepare detailed reports on sales performance, client interactions and market feedback to support revenue forecasting.
- Attend industry events, conferences, and seminars to network, stay informed about industry trends, and promote the firm’s services.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s and preferably a Masters degree in Business, Marketing, Media Communication or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in business development and sales, preferably within the legal or professional services industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Strong understanding of immigration law and services is a plus.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
