We are looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Legal Assistant to support our legal team in delivering efficient and high-quality legal services. The Legal Assistant will assist with administrative tasks, case preparation, and client communication, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations within the firm.
The duties of the Legal Assistant will include the following:
• Provide administrative support to solicitors and legal professionals
• Prepare, format, and proofread legal documents and correspondence
• Manage case files, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records
• Liaise with clients, courts, and third parties in a professional manner
• Schedule appointments, meetings, and court dates
• Conduct basic legal research as required
• Handle confidential information with discretion
• Assist with billing, invoicing, and file management systems
• Ensure compliance with legal procedures and regulatory requirements
This role will require the following:
• A-levels or equivalent
• Strong organisational skills
• Previous experience in a legal or administrative role preferred
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure
• Professional and client-focused approach
