JOB DESCRIPTION:

    • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve firm sales targets.
    • Identify potential business clients and generate new sales leads through networking and other outreach methods.
    • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the immigration services sector.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
    • Understand clients’ immigration needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their business objectives.
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring a high level of service and client satisfaction.
    • Work closely with the legal team to understand the firm’s services and capabilities.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
    • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients.
    • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and contract negotiations.
    • Prepare regular reports on sales performance and market feedback.
    • Utilise CRM software to manage client information and sales pipeline.
    • Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and best practices in immigration law and sales.
    • Attend industry events, conferences, and seminars to network and promote the firm’s services.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1 years of experience in sales, preferably within the legal or professional services industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Strong understanding of immigration law and services is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
